Seeing Double

Cherish (fairy wings)_2010_fine art inkjet print on cotton rag paper_ed of 5_90 x 70cm

Recent works by Tasmanian based artist Anne MacDonald are currently included in Seeing Double, a group exhibition co-curated by Dr. Megan Keating, Tasmanian School of Art, UTAS, Australia and Dr Mohd Fauzi Sedon, Pendidkan Sultan Idris University, Malaysia. Seeing Double brings together staff from each institution to provide the opportunity to discuss/ collaborate/ respond to the title.

Each Australian artist has been paired with a Malaysian counterpart with the aim of coming to an understanding towards a singular approach to the idea and then respond separately. The exhibition will be the creative outputs of this discussion.
