2010 has been a big year for Artereal Gallery and our artists. As such Artereal Gallery will be closed from 23 December 2010 - 2 February 2011 so that the team can have a much needed break!
But before we go we thought we would take the opportunity to look back on some of the highlights of the past twelve months...

Rebecca Beardmore: winner of the 2010 Fremantle Arts Centre Print Award, finalist in the Josephine Ulrick and Wyn Schubert Photography Award.
Anne MacDonald: finalist in the Josephine Ulrick and Wyn Schubert Photography Award, finalist in the William & Winifred Bowness Photography Prize.
Ken + Julia Yonetani: finalists in the Fishers Ghost Art Prize, finalists in the Stan and Maureen Duke Gold Coast Art Prize.
Daniel Wallwork: finalist in Sculpture by the Sea, Bondi.

Residencies and Public Art Projects
Ken + Julia Yonetani: Synapse artist residency funded by the Australian Network for Art and Technology in Mildura.
Claude Jones: artist residency at The Vermont Studio Centre in America.
Gary Deirmendjian: commissioned by Sydney Olympic Park to create arc de triomphe individuel, a temporary public artwork for the 10th anniversary celebrations of the Sydney 2000 Olympic Games.
Damian Dillon: artist residency at Fraser Studios, Sydney.
Glen Henderson: first person to be awarded the position of Creative Industries Artist in Residence at Queensland University of Technology.
