Congratulations to Claude Jones who is a finalist in the 2012 Sulman Prize for her work Fair Game. The Sulman Prize is awarded annually (alongside The Archibald Prize) to the best subject/genre painting.
Valued at $30,000 the prize will this year be judged by artist Susan Norrie. The prize will be announced on Friday 30 March at 12 noon. The Sulman Prize exhibition can be seen at the Art Gallery of New South Wales from 31 March – 3 June 2012.
