Artereal visits the Melbourne Art Fair

The Artereal team hit Melbourne last week for a jam-packed few days at the Melbourne Art Fair.

Despite it being a great weekend and an excellent chance to survey the current Australian contemporary art scene, its safe to say some of us have now hit our quota for art fairs in 2010 having been to The Armory in New York, the Hong Kong Art Fair, the Affordable Art Fair in Melbourne and now Melbourne Art Fair!

Highlights from the trip included...

Jon Campbell's installation...

Barbara with her infamous little black book...

Sculptures by Claude Jones shown by Brisbane based gallery Edwina Corlette.

Luisa in front of a work by Gonkar Gyatso
at the China Arts Project stand.

Barbara in front of a photograph by Zhang Hong Kuan
also shown by China Arts Projects...

The view from the top...

Breenspace's stand featuring the work of Tim Silver...

The Hell Gallery stand...

This picture speaks for itself really...

Dinner at the end of a long day. You can't go to Melbourne and not have Italian!
