Artereal artist Simone Douglas is included in a new book on Australian Contemporary Photography.

Look!: Contemporary Australian Photography since 1980 presents a significant survey of Australian photographers and is the largest book ever published on Australian contemporary photography.

Written by esteemed academic and art historian Anne Marsh, this large-format book, with over 400 colour plates showcases the work of 190 individual photographers and creates a critical forum through its accompanying essays which analyse the curatorial and theoretical issues that have shaped Australian photography over the last 30 years, accompanied by a timeline detailing important photographic exhibitions and events.

Look!: Contemporary Australian Photography since 1980 will be available for sale from December 2010.
