Installation Shot, Photo L.A. 2013
Photo L.A. is an annual art fair which showcases both emerging and established photographic artists from around the world. Established in 1992, over 300 galleries, private dealers and publishers have participated and exhibited in Photo L.A. to date.
Hosted at the Santa Monica Civic Auditorium, from January 17th - 21st 2013, the Queensland Centre of Photography (QCP) represented 10 innovative Australian photomedia artists, to be exhibited in the 2013 showcase.
The QCP has been participated in the Photo L.A. art fair every year since 2007, and Artereal Gallery's Anna Carey was selected for this year's show.
Anna's artwork featured in the image above, Pacific Moon, 2012, was part of her solo exhibition 'Mirage' at Artereal Gallery. To see more images from the series, click here.
